Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or improve your overall health, physical activity
boosts the brain's production of endorphins, which simply makes us feel better physically and have a brighter emotional outlook. Exercise reduces tensions in both the body and the mind, which can improve your mood and the quality of your sleep. For many people, the gym becomes a bit of sanctuary where you can turn off the phone and forget all of the troubles at work or in your personal life. The gym has been closed due to COVID
The Lackawanna Heritage Trail
At the NEET Center your backyard is the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, part of the 70 mile multi-purpose trail system that follows the Lackawanna River. You can walk, ride or cross-country ski on the trail, or just relax and fish in a quiet spot along this trophy trout stream.
Community Greenhouse
People are increasingly seeking to connect with nature and create more sustainable local food systems. At the NEET Center we know the idea of a new community garden is exciting but may be daunting, which is why as part of our Greenhouse rehabilitation project, we've set aside space to grow vegetables for Tenants. Tomatoes anyone?
There are endless ways to enjoy the great outdoors and they're all just right outside your office door. When was the last time you brought your fly rod to the office?
The Cidery
As if beer by the growler isn't enough to draw you in for a quick lunch out of the office or for Friday afternoon happy hour, the Cidery at the NEET Center will very soon once again be serving the best burgers in the Upper Valley again.
