The Northeast Environmental Technology Center
The Northeast Environmental Technology Center or NEET Center is a state-of-the-art business facility in Northeast Pennsylvania. A 95,000 Square Foot state of the art multi tenant facility offering Class A office space, laboratory, conference and business incubator space designed to foster cross institutional collaboration. The NEET Center has for lease office space starting at 120 square feet to tens of thousands of square feet. In addition to first class space, the NEET Center has first class amenities including a world class trout stream in its backyard, a gym for the exclusive of its tenants, and a shared tenant greenhouse. The NEET Center Business Incubator is here to help startup and early-stage companies achieve success faster and to get ahead of their competitors.
The NEET Center provides an opportunity for small businesses to have a shared workspace, conference rooms, networking opportunities, investor connections, and mentorships.
In addition, the principals of NEET, successful entrepreneurs themselves are on site, enabling startups the ability to bounce ideas off of others with a few more grey hairs.
